Tree root removal

In addition to water jetting, electro-mechanical cleaning methods are a highly effective method of removing scale, roots and internal deposits from drains, sewers, process pipe work and water mains. This process is used when there is a build up in a drainage pipe which requires slower technique or has restricted access.
Tree roots can cause major damage to drainage pipes. The use of electro-mechanical cleaning will destroy the root and clear the blockage, which can then be repaired and the pipe either patched or re-lined using our no dig technology.

Using various types and sizes of cutters we are able to reach all manner of blockages, even around bends, without the need for expensive, time-consuming and messy digging or excavation. The cutting device is fed into the affected pipe and applied to the blockage whilst a flow of water flushes out any material that is removed. The process fully de-scales pipes and drains, restoring them to full capacity.
